Had to units and to heads installed. The crew was very courteous and professional. Installation and clean up were spot on, they even vacuumed inside. As a Veteran I love seeing companies owned by Veterans. Before the crew left they went over the operation of the units with my wife and told her we will take as much time as you. These young men would be outstanding neighbors , the genuinely love what they are doing and take pride in there work . Highly recommend them to anybody looking to get this done . Paul the owner came out and spent quite a bit of time with us and did not try to over sell us . Great experience, highly recommend.

"Great experience with Paul and his team from start to finish for our heat pump (mini-splits) installation. Paul came to our house and discussed pros/cons of types of heat pumps and best location to install the two (upstairs/downstairs) that we wanted. We agreed the Mitsubishi ones would work best for us based on performance, reliability and rebates. Paul allowed me to arrange for electrical work on my own to save on the cost. A few weeks later Paul's team arrived at our house to do the installation. They were all early and ready to go despite temperatures in single digits. We went over the planned heat pump locations and Steve & Jared worked with me to change the location of the downstairs one to be centered on the wall. They were able to work around a 4x4 staircase support on our side wall. The team (also Scott) did a nice job on installation of both units. They cleaned up thoroughly and gave us a review on how to use remote for different temperature and fan settings. We would highly recommend Paul and his Team them for your heat pump needs. They had best price amongst all our estimates and were personable and easy to work with. Paul also discounted the Efficiency Maine rebate off the job price so we didn't have to wait weeks to be reimbursed."
