Our Heat Pump Cleaning Process
- Test unit operation prior to cleaning.
- Clean filter on the indoor unit.
- Take outer plastic covers off and clean.
- Remove fan wheel and clean.
- Spray indoor coil with coil cleaner.
- Pour water in drain pan to verify proper drainage.
- Anti-mold tablets placed in drain pan.
- Wipe down inside the indoor unit.
- Take pictures of clean parts and unit tags for proper identification if issues arise in the future.
- Remove any blockage from outdoor coil.
- Spray down and clean outdoor coil with coil cleaner.
- Check wiring for proper connections.
- Check line hide for proper placement.
- Check insulation on pipes for higher efficiency.
- Turn units back on to test for proper operation.
- Pictures & videos of any noises, issues, etc. Complete gameplan of recommendations to fix the issues.
