I had three technicians come to my house to install and service my new Samsung heat pump.  There was an issue with my brand new unit and Lairds made sure to schedule a service call immediately.  Each technician was professional and provided terrific service.  I would definitely hire Lairds again or recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC installer.
